The Sacred Valley is located on the banks of the Vilcanota River; reason why you could see fantastic landscapes that captivate everyone, as the Sacred Valley is located in the Peruvian Andes and is composed of beautiful streams, rivers and valleys. It also has several archaeological sites and numerous indigenous people who appreciate and consider the land as our ancestors, the Incas because of its climatic and geographical qualities. Upon completion of this course, you’ll reach one of the wonders of the world that is Machu Picchu, built in the mid fifteenth century in the rocky promontory that links the Machu Picchu and Wayna Picchu, located in southern Peru, located at an altitude of 2,490 masl. Machu Picchu would have been one of the rest houses of the ninth Tahuantinsuyo Incas: Pachacutec (between 1438 and 1470). Machu Picchu is considered at the same time a masterpiece of architecture and engineering. Its unique architectural features and landscaping and the veil of mystery that has woven around much of the literature published on the site have become one of the most popular tourist destinations on the planet. Then, we’ll pass to Moray, positioned at an altitude of 3,500 masl. It has important places to visit that they represent the great capacity of management and experimentation with various lands and plant products possessed by the Incas at their time.
